HOUSING is a critical component to any successful community. In looking forward, it is important not only to evaluate the housing needs of Mid City, but also the desires of the community as well as the intentions of the FuturEBR plan, a master plan developed for East Baton Rouge Parish by the City-Parish. This will result in an informed program for a development that could add much-needed mixed-income housing to the area.
