Architecture is creating solutions
to client’s problems. Architects must work with their clients to discover the
problems, needs and opportunities present in each job. Architects achieve this
by creating spaces that accomplish the needs of the client. Every job will have
hundreds of problems for the architect to solve; it is up to the architect to
figure out a solution that satisfies all requirements.
The role of architects in a
community is to help foster community growth by engaging in designs that benefit
the neighborhoods and cities that they design in and for. The surrounding
architectural vernacular of each project should be carefully considered in the
design in order to make it a part of the community.
