Proposal 10: MID CITY - INNOVATIVE HEALING
The Mid-City Area of Baton Rouge is and will always remain a Historical Area. It is home to landmarks such as the Lincoln Theater, the Temple, and the Lincoln Hotel. Innovative Healing is a project that is design to promote the growth and renewal of the Mid City region of Baton Rouge by attracting new and retaining current residents and businesses.

In the Center of the residential units lies an Elevated greenspace. This green Space covers the first floors Parking, and is also the central gathering space for all Units. Also on the elevated green space is a place for the residence to showcase Artwork. Mid-City Baton rouge is home to a lot of Artist, People have looked to the arts to help define their communities and create a sense of place for generations. Having a veriety of units ranging from Studios to 3 BR, we want to welcome Artist into the complex
